    About the Culvers

    Major Dick Culvericon started the USMC Sniper Instructor School at Quantico

    After Vietnam Major Culver, Carlos Hathcock, and others at Quantico began working on a replacement for the M40 Sniper rifle designated the M40 A1
    (current up grades to A4 )

    USMC when it absoulutly, positively, has to be destroyed overnight
