    Identify this!!

Oh high and wise Gurus of the Barrel, I come before you to seek your help. Okay, enough of the groveling. I came apon a SA barrel, that has the month obliterated by a vise someime in the cruel past. I'm hoping that the rest of the info will give me an idea of the month it was born on.

    Top: D35448-34-A-92-A--1
Op-Rod side: Some undescernable stamp 1/4" from date, date is; 1 S A 45. The month is buggered by what looks like vise marks.
Upside-down M by Rear Handguard Clip slot, upside-down Y by Shoulder
    No-Chrome on pads TE-3, MW2.5(Stoneax gauge).

If any of you can date this barrel I'd appreciate it.
    Dave

A Collector's View - The SMLE Short Magazine Lee Enfield 1903-1989. It is 300 8.5x11 inch pages with 1,000+ photo’s, most in color, and each book is serial-numbered.
