R Marked trigger
I have a trigger that is marked with an R only. Any info as to this marking greatly appriciated. Sorry no pic, rifle is out of state.

Look closely to see if theres a faint "I" after the R. Inland used RI and some stamping is really faint; especially if they've been refinished.

Thanks for the reply; Before I gave the rifle back to my brother I looked real close at the markings and wrote them down. The trigger has a real deep and distinct R and with a magnifying glass I could see no trace of an I . Next time I see the gun I'll take a pic. Thanks again

Look at the upper rear portion of the trigger for a series of horizontal milling lines. Only one manufacturer has them.
