    Receiver Finish Question

    My CMPicon M1D receiver shows the specks as shown in the picture. To the naked eye they are hardly visible. But as shown in the picture blown up several sizes they are there. What causes them? THANKS

    Is it only the heel? Was that an annealed receiver?
