A Collector's View - The SMLE Short Magazine Lee Enfield 1903-1989. It is 300 8.5x11 inch pages with 1,000+ photo’s, most in color, and each book is serial-numbered. Covering the SMLE from 1903 to the end of production in India in 1989 it looks at how each model differs and manufacturer differences from a collecting point of view along with the major accessories that could be attached to the rifle. For the record this is not a moneymaker, I hope just to break even, eventually, at $80/book plus shipping. In the USA shipping is $5.00 for media mail. Never say never, and be careful about saying all. I recently picked up some 6.5x52 ammo in clips, made by SMI, but with the lacquered steel cases. No trace of lube or wax that I can see. Of course, someone may have carefully removed the wax or whatever at sometime in the last sixty-five years. And it shoots perfectly in my 91/41.

I've seen 6,5 ammo w/o wax as well, but it's all been w/o boxes, so it was likely removed long ago. Can't imagine why I can't stumble across more of the 6,5, but the 7,35 turns up "fairly frequently". (a relative term!)
