    Smile Military Bolt Gun Match

Chabot Gun Club will be having it's 2nd Axis/Allied bolt gun match this year. The date will be Sept.20th (Sunday) Cost is $12 and it is a 50 shot match using the old 5V targets (200yds). The course of fire will be the National Match A which will be 10 shots standing, 10 rapid sitting, 10 rapid prone and 20 slow prone. Of course there are the usual 2 sighters for each position. Sign up's wil start at 8am with first shot at 9am. Chabot Gun Club is located in Castro Valley CA.

OK, I'm bringing my M1917, the one that has been nothing but bad luck. I am hoping for a change of luck.

How many stalwarts will be there?

14 shooters and an interesting day. One Gew88, 2 M1917's, one M39 Finn and the rest were 03A3's. High shooter got ammo, low shooter got ammo and a door prize. Fun day with free donuts and coffee.
