    1914 Colt sights

I've recently purchased a 1914 Colt Commercial Model, that may or may have not been part of the Canadianicon WW1 Contract. The problem is some "IPSC" shooter bubba'd the front and rear sights on the pistol. I realize that there is very little collectors value left but I would like to replace the sights with original if possible. Where would I purchase pre 1911A1 sights?

The small rounded front site is almost impossible to find.

I saw a thread where another member posted pictures of front sights he found in boxes in his possession. If you search, you should find the post... I'd send the OP a message asking if he would part with one. (You can be sure that it will not be inexpensive though!)
