Rock Ola's use of the I cut stock?

How far into production are I cut stocks seen on Rock Ola's?

Serial range or date should do.

    TIA

A Collector's View - The SMLE Short Magazine Lee Enfield 1903-1989. It is 300 8.5x11 inch pages with 1,000+ photo’s, most in color, and each book is serial-numbered. Covering the SMLE from 1903 to the end of production in India in 1989 it looks at how each model differs and manufacturer differences from a collecting point of view along with the major accessories that could be attached to the rifle. While it's good information to know that the I-Cut was used to the end of production, if I were to restore a 4.5 million Rock-Ola knowing that the stock is not original, I would use a stock that is seen predominately in this range. That would be a high wood oval cut stock. JMHO.
