My New Bavarian NPM

I rolled the dice on a CMP SG Bavarian and "Very" happy I did.
I got a mostly correct late production NPM.

Here's the basic breakdown.

NPM SN# 4,299,943 Stamped "23" on lug.
Barrel- undated I.B.M. Blued ME= 2.
Frt. Sight - "SN" double stamp
Band - T2 unmarked
Rear Sight - "TN" Flip
Recoil Plate - T3 "LN"
Butt Plate - "NPM"???
Stock - T2 Hi Wood No rebuild marks. Very very faint partial "cc". SN# 9943 in sling well matches receiver.
Hand Guard - T2 "OI" I have a T2 "TN"
Op. Rod - T4 Rock-Ola Stamped #4411.
Gas Piston - Un-marked
Bolt - Rock-Ola T3 Stamped same as Op. Rod #4411"
Firing Pin Rock-Ola T3
Extractor Rock-Ola T3
Ejector T1
Plunger T2
Trigger Housing "NPM" "N-16" Plum color Stamped SN# 9943 on rear lug. Also Austrian inventory stamp on bottom.#LGK 00 #0294
Hammer "NPM" T3 "HN"
Sear "NPM" T2 " "SW-N"
Trigger T2 Rock-Ola
Mag. Catch T2A "NPM" "MN"
Safety T4- I have a T2 "IN"

The "SN" on the frt. sight is stamped twice. The forward "N" was lost when the slot for the blade was cut leaving the "S" tight against the blade
AT first I thought this was unusual, but I see there's an NPM posted on CMP and on both the "S" & "N" are present.

I also have a few questions.

Due to the incorrect SN# stampings, I'd like to replace the Rock-Ola bolt & Op. rod. What would be the correct "NPM" markings?

Can you tell from my pictures if the frt. sight has ever been off? It doesn't look like it to me.

I'm hoping someone (Charlie) can tell from the milling marks if this might be a "TN" stock. It has been stripped and sanded (cross grain) on both sides between the grip & oiler/sling cut-outs.
I think I can see a very faint partial "cc". If what I'm seeing is a "cc" it's about 2 1/2" to 2 5/8" from the oiler slot.
The sling well doesn't seem to have been refinished, but still doesn't show much. The SN# stamping seems old and I don't think it over stamped any part of a makers mark.
With an "NPM" recoil plate and what looks to me like a "NPM" butt plate, I'm wondering if the stock could be original?
