What was the agreement I said "YES" to when I joined?

When a visitor first signs up to become a Registered Member of the Military Surplus Collectors Forums, they responded "I AGREE" to an on-line contract, in order to become a Registered Member. Unforunately, this agreement never appears anywhere on the system after that, so just in case anyone ever needs to reference what they agreed to, here is the contract that's been acknowledged:
