    Another Mystery Stock??

Here's one I have, I have no idea where it came from, I got it in a box of unidentified firearms parts from my uncle when he passed away.
The stock is devoid of markings other than a numeral 1 under the buttplate and some vague looking markings on the heel and neck of the stock.
The first is a weird looking star under the neck at the bottom of the pistol grip. The star looks to have 6 points and is sort of twisted looking. The only other marking on the stock is an SA or VS stamped on the other side of the stock neck.
It is an M2 cut stock but I cannot find any other marks other than some rack numbers written on the side of the stock and on the heel of the stock in what looks to be black marker of some kind.
The numbers 31 and 105 are written in what I always considered a European type print, with long tails on the 1 so that it looks almost like a malformed 7 or an upside down script v.

Here's the SA or VS on the neck sorry for the poor quality photography, I suck at camera works.

Here's the twisted star. Again sorry for the poor picture.

Thanks! That's what I was thinking, but I wasn't sure, I had never seen an SA stock marked on the back of the neck like that. I had seen 5 pointed stars on the grip but not what looked like a 6 pointed one.
