    Vol V, Bavarian Border Police

Comes Now, Winchester 1227394, an early spring tube. Of the six, fits about in the middle, condition wise. I like this one pretty good. --- Well, it's a Winchester, isn't it?? Some different marks are the recoil lug, IBM, Inland Trigger, Underwood extractor. All likely done at refurb.
Thanks for your continued interest. It's really been fun .. But the best is yet to come !!

I can not tell clearly from the pics, but dd they blue the receiver and leave the trigger housing in its original finish? Its still in great condition. The border police is a clear strong stamp - no question about that!

I have again made us drool over your auction!

yep, the Trigger Housing has been reparked, I think, but the bottom of the trigger guard, and the flat the LGK code is on has been polished bright... IMHO. thanks for your interest, Sir.

Odd seeing a band spring marked. Looks to be a 6 or 9.
    Another really nice example.
    Thanks for the share.

Jim Mock says that the bbl band spring is from another rifle... Since the Number (it's a 9 )does not match the s/n of this rifle... And, oh yes, there is an "N" on top of the front sight...
    Thanks for your interest, Sirs
