Stevens parts?

Hello all,
Anyone have any idea where I can find a trench variation of a stock for either a Stevens 520 or 620? Also, if anyone knows of anyone with an ordinance marked receiver for either I would be interested. I'm building here and thus far I have a barrel. Have to start somewhere! Rome wasn't built in a day and it was surely one stone at a time. Right now I'm gathering stones. Heading down to the big show in Louisville this weekend to do some digging if I can get away from my table long enough to go scavenging. Thanks all!

Ended up getting a stock from Simpson's. It's a bit rough but truth be told not much worse that anything else I already own. It's an honest, real stock with some honest real use. Thanks for the advice!

Hello again all,
First of all Chuck, thanks for the parts, looks great and matches well! I am still looking for some other parts if anyone has any ideas or spares laying around they'd like to part with. I am looking for a magazine nut for my Stevens 520. Also, I don't have a heat shield either (I know, hardy har har). not holding my breath (or wallet) for an original but I was thinking about one of the replicas that is made by East Taylor LLC. Any opinions on these? I know they are in the white, does anyone know how to make it look correct? This gun project is for me, not a resale. I'm not trying to dupe anybody, I just want an authentic looking finish on the heat shield and bayo lug, especially the purplish tint. I know, I don't ask for much do I? : ) Thanks for all of the help so far everyone! By the way, any parts need to not be blued, I prefer something with some honest wear on it. Thanks again!

well,
lets see, i have a new unissued forend tube still in the grease,
the repro heatshields are nice, however, you would have to have it anodized to get the plumb color, hard to do anymore,
you can however send it to me, and have it parkerized to match the reciever that you got from me..
as the originals were blued anyway, and the reciever you have is parkerized, and likely been through the rebuild program.
not sure what you meen {nut} they had a endcap that was attached to the barrel with a screw, and the tube moved to allow for takedown.

I wasn't sure what the part in question was called until I saw it listed on a parts list as the "magazine nut". But the part in question is the one that the mag tube threads into and locks into the receiver (opposite of the plug) Since my last post I actually found one. Still waiting on the outcome as to whether or not the guy who has it is parting with it or not. Should know in a few days. As for the mag tube, what kind of finish is on it? You know exactly what the receiver looks like that I am trying to match it to so what do you think?
As for the heat shield, I want to explore it a little more but I may take you up on that. Thanks again!

my tube is a new in the grease item, and blued as well.
the item your looking for might be the locking ring.

Ah yes, the locking ring. That would be a sensible name for it. I appreciate the offer on the tube but I'm looking for something that's a little more aged. By the way, once I got the receiver cleaned up the crack wasn't anywhere near as bad as it originally looked, so I thank you again for that.
