A Collector's View - The SMLE Short Magazine Lee Enfield 1903-1989. It is 300 8.5x11 inch pages with 1,000+ photo’s, most in color, and each book is serial-numbered. Covering the SMLE from 1903 to the end of production in India in 1989 it looks at how each model differs and manufacturer differences from a collecting point of view along with the major accessories that could be attached to the rifle. Pierre St. Marie makes some pretty nice K31icon scope mounts. I believe they're sold under the "St Marie Graphics" brand.

    J Tal,

for the 1. Point: it is only in Germanicon, but i can translate it for you if you want. For the 2. Point it has an integrated deflector for saving the scope. If i can help you, than feel free to send me an PM. Always glad to help.

    Regards

    Gunner

I know this is an older thread, but there is a drill and tap scope mount for the K31icon put out by Rock Solid scope mounts. But it does permanently alter your K31.

    http://www.rocksolidind.com/gpage.html

They are very pricey ($200, installed on your rifle, plus shipping), but are supposed to be first rate
