Safe or corrosive to shoot .30 Caliber?

I have a couple of boxes of Caliber .30 M1icon from the Lake City Army Ammunition plant. One of the boxes has a lot number LC 39172. 50 cartridge boxes. I believe that I have had this for at least 30 years and ran across it the other day. The cartridges look to be in excellent shape. Is this safe to shoot, corrosive or are there any other issues with using this?

No US Military .30 Carbine rounds were ever corrosive. They should be fine.
When they tell you to behave, they always forget to specify whether to behave well or badly!

Its not corrosive if you clean it w/ water first!

Anything LC from 1960s on wards is "non- corrosive" primed. All 30 carbine ammo is non corrosive primed except LC52 berdan primed Chinese fake Lake City.

ETA also: I'm presuming that since it's in 50 rd boxes it .30 Carbine, not .30 M2 or match ammo

    ETA Beat to the punch!
