    Stock Pouches

im wondering if anyone collects stock pouches. warbaby has a little over 80 type 1 's listed and probably more type 2 's.
are there any that are more rare than others? i see some on epay going for little, and others that sell for 30 plus....any thoughts ?

I think the collectors who collect gun-safe queens like 'em.
Shooters don't have much use for them.

Still, a good question for a new thread.....

80 Manufacturers sound too high. How many types, depends upon how an individual describes a pouch. Varieties can exist within the same maker. Here are some of the varieties:

    Heavy Fabric Version vs Standard
    OD vs Khaki
OD Front and Khaki Rear (two tone)
OD Rear and Khaki Front (two tone)
    OD with OD pipping
    OD with Khaki pipping
    Khaki with OD pipping
    Khaki with Off Color pipping
    OD with Off Color pipping
    Same maker, different dates
Same maker, different brands of fasteners
Ink run markings on dates or maker

Not everybody counts every variation, so the number that exist varies, depending upon who is writing or speaking about them.

If you go on to belt pouches, the list changes.
