Reloading help needed for colt combat commander

I need help!. I have several hundrad 230 grain roundnose reloads that will not work in my new colt. These shells chambered just fine in my auto ordanance 45 1911A1 clone, but they will not chamber in the new colt. They are to large to chamber in the tighter tolerances on the colt. Is there anything that I can do short of pulling the bullets and starting over to get tis ammo to feed?

I think Lee makes a crimping tool that also lightly irons out the cases upon ram retraction. Ought to do for for this situation unless things are really ought of whack.

It's called a factory sizing die made by Lee and you should be able to get it for around 15 bucks and it's one the best things I've bought. I was having the same problem. I also got one for the .357/38.

Factory "sizing" die or factory "crimp" die? I've got a couple but they're 30 and 60 miles away right now. Won't remember to look by the time I get to where they're at, I'm afraid...

The box says Factory sizing Crimp Die. All I know is that they work.
