Any K-11 buffs out there?

Some years back a friend was "culling" his gun collection. He offered me a bunch of fine Swiss rifles, including a superb K-31/55 sniper. I did not have the beans for the 31/55, but there were several K-11s and K-31s in excellent condition. I felt that the K-11 was a bit slicker in the action department and so settled for one. It shoots superbly and keeps spectators amused with its "vertical" ejection pattern.

That said, I only have one magazine and no charger clips. I have seen chargers for sale, but K-11 magazines seem a bit thin on the ground.

Any ideas?

BTW, you haven't lived until you have fired a 31/55. Awesome beast!!

Hi Bruce,

they used the same action in the K11 like it is in the G11 so that a G11 mag should fit into your K11 too. I never fired an 31/55 but i have an G11 and it is a great rifle. This guy over here has some mags for an K11/G11 you can contact him he is normaly very helpful.

The magazines on these rifles were not meant to be changed out but loaded with stripper clips. Usually the mag is serial numbered to the rifle. Enfields are the same way.....chris3

Yes, they are slick rifles. The cardboard wax chargers have been available from Coles, and a few of the smaller importers. Might try epay, before they totally commit suicide.
