    Peter pls help with base id.

    Can you help with identifying what I believe is a post WWII Far East ordnance base marking found on Mausers and Lee Enfields. Did you encounter it while there?

    There is a thread here suggesting that the AA over broad arrow mark was done by the Britishicon in North Africa on captured rifles. Note the pictures of the stock and id disk. If so, why did they also mark Lees that could have gone back into the system? Can your connections add anything?
