    Question on a No4 MK1 stock

    I found a stock for sale for the 1942 No.4Mk1 I'm building... The seller gave me this discription. I just dont want to buy something that wont fit or is for the wrong model. From the pictures it looks to be in good shape. Doeas anyone know what this meens???

    Date Packed and then it is stamped Jan.1950
    Method 1.

    The front lable says:
    Victoris Trading Co.
    RR 1 Box 1495
    Newfane, VT. 05345

    With that contract date of 48, one would have to watch that it was not for a no4mk2, but the description clearly says no4mk1. You should be OK with that stock.
