    K11 Soldier Card

I'm trying to include a scanned image of the soldier's card I found in my recently acquired K11 (1924). Hope this works:

My problem is, I can't read all the info on the card. I can read the name (Hans Burgesser), the number 10, and I can read the last line "Littau, Chalet Carola." But I can't make sense of the second line containing the "I/189."

Can anybody out there help me?
