Announcement Cheers to a site seller

I would like to take a few and thank Chad, "ChadC", for a very smooth, painless, and gratifying S'G' carbine purchase. What I got was a standard post war rebuild with an original barrel and a mix of parts and an original WWII sling and stock pouch. All at a great price with fast shipping, and great commo.

    Thanks Chad!

    Talking

Fellas, I have a couple of items to change out on the carbine and then I will post some photos. I am very pleased with how this carbine looks. Muzzle wear is a 3, rifling is crisp and sharp with a very shiney bore. It is a repark but for what I wanted it is just fine.

My plan, and I know I'll catch hell for this, is to restore it back to WWII condition. So, the hunt is on!

Bill, I am sure that is going to cost some bucks, especially since CMPicon seems to have released alot of S'G's and everyone is looking for parts. Never understood the "retro" movement too much but won't give you too much hell over it. I am leaving my S'G' as is... cept I am think about getting the muzzle counter-bored. This one is definitely a shooter.

    Can't wait to see yours.

Okay, here it goes fellas! S'G' #3220790. I don't think I have seen a sling with a rounded buckle before. I know it was talked about a while back but this is a first for me.
