Or anyone else that may be able to ID this sling. I remember something about the rounded slip buckle but it escapes me right now. Is this genuine? TIA

Covering the SMLE from 1903 to the end of production in India in 1989 it looks at how each model differs and manufacturer differences from a collecting point of view along with the major accessories that could be attached to the rifle. Bill,
Mr. Ricca commented on a early Inland sling with the keeper/buckle having the rounded edges in this post.

both are real. the round slide is early most of them I have run across have been on khaki slings.
