    Ebay listing

    Hi guys,

A mate found this on ebay lastnight and we were wondering if it's a good deal or can you get them cheaper elsewhere?

It's all there. If you're rebuilding something, it would be OK. I can't imagine finding the whole thing together like that, usually you have to piece it together. A bit pricey but ????

    Hi Jim,

We hear that. I guess it would save a lot of chasing parts though, but's half the fun.

It did look pretty good, nice markings, good condition...but the rear guard is missing. I'd have had it on a watch if it were under $250.00

I can't believe the prices that Ebay attracts. 1919 you can get wood work at the gun shows for a lot cheaper than what was gotten for this set.

That was a very nice set of wood, plus metal, and quality always get a good price. If you're after wood sets go to enfieldresource.com, there's a number of wood sellers there. I think these days numrich is the outright cheapest, and springfield sporters is good for price and service.
