I just got my hands on this barrel appears to be great, can't believe the condition of it for this year. Had to be hiding somewhere. Seems pretty obvious that it didn't go anywhere.

I can't really tell much from your pioctures. Can you provide better ones or go into more detail? The stock appears to be a later two-bolt; an original rifle would have had a one-bolt stock.

Yes, better and more pics please. Ditch the noisy background and use a neutral color that won't interfere with the subject, will contrast with it but that won't "fool" the camera and cause the subject to be too dark. (i.e.-don't use a white sheet) We definitely would like to see your new prize. It might have been more places than you imagine!
Thanks,
Emri

I'll try and take some better pics this week. What are the possibilities for this weapon, I' amazed at the shape of it.

For one, you need a correct one-bolt stock which are scarce as hens teeth.

The receiver looks like it has light green park instead of blue, WWII rework???

Entire rifle looks reworked (parked) to me. My guess is unused since WWII or pre-WWII arsenal overhaul?
