Pics are just as it came home from gun shop. I also like the color of the stock. I will be interested in how the scope works out , it is attached to the cover. I just finished stripping it down, still not sure if they used cosmolineicon on it or glue. what a mess, I hope I can get it all clean for the range Sunday!

A Collector's View - The SMLE Short Magazine Lee Enfield 1903-1989. It is 300 8.5x11 inch pages with 1,000+ photo’s, most in color, and each book is serial-numbered. Thought I would add some more gun-porn just for fun!
Aragorn243; the last pic shows the scope sight in at 25yds.
    1) GREEN (6 O'Clock) - Single shot at target using OPEN sites under scope.
    2) YELLOW (1 O’Clock) – Last 4 rounds of load shot using scope.
    3) RED (1:30 O’Clock) – [Adjusted scope for a few clicks DOWN] Another 5 rounds loaded, All shot using scope, slightly faster fire rate. I couldn’t believe this holds on target so nice. If I had one of these when I was deer hunting in my youth ? ? ?
    4) BLUE (2 O’Clock) – [Adjusted scope for a few+++ clicks DOWN] Another 5 rounds loaded, Shot 2 using scope, slow fire rate. Just about where I expected them to go.
    5) PURPLE (4 O’Clock) – [Adjusted scope for a LOT+++ clicks DOWN] Shot 2 more using scope, slow fire rate. Getting closer just about where I expected them to go.
BULLSEYE - [Adjusted scope for a 1/2LOT+++ clicks UP and same # of clicks LEFT] LAST SHOT using scope, Right ON the MONEY!
Too say I am HAPPY is the biggest understatement of the century! Enjoy the pics and I will go back to refinishing the wood so I can take it out again soon and see if the results are repeatable.
Thanks for looking in . . . Fred
