Anyone know what type of Enfield this is?

Supposedly marked "7mm" on the receiver

A Collector's View - The SMLE Short Magazine Lee Enfield 1903-1989. It is 300 8.5x11 inch pages with 1,000+ photo’s, most in color, and each book is serial-numbered. Covering the SMLE from 1903 to the end of production in India in 1989 it looks at how each model differs and manufacturer differences from a collecting point of view along with the major accessories that could be attached to the rifle. I may be wrong but it looks like a Mk3 which has bee made to look like a Mk1, its too short for a Mk1 but looks correct length for a Mk3. The forsight looks like a Mk3 not a Mk1 and the safety lever holes look like that of a Mk3 not a Mk1. I quite like the look of this rifle, its a little diffrent!

Almost certainly a "Khyber Special".

The photos on the Other Board show a horrendous home-made attempt at a volley sight disk - so its certainly a Khyber Special, albeit probably with a few genuine bits....
