    WWII Film Fighting Marines

Stumbled across this reel of film being auctioned.
    No telling whats on it.
ETO? PTO? Marine with a Fraulein ?
    Garand, carbine, M1A1icon, etc ?
    I'd bite if I had a projector.

Half tempted to bid just to see what is on it. If anyone from this forum gets it let us know what you find...... I saw nothing in his description that indicated where he got the "Marine Fighting Film" description but maybe I missed it.

    Hello Wojo,
    Nice to hear from you.
I read thru 23 pages of items in this sellers Ebay store.
All the descriptions were very limited.

The film is probably too fragile to put through a projector, but with today's technology you can easily digitize it as 'stills'. Who knows, it might run okay, and if you have a film-editing set-up you could quickly fix any breaks.

... Maybe he had a role in the film?

    You're welcome Charlie ....

Glad you enjoyed it ... let me know if you'd like any more of these old "popcorn" 30's and 40's serials posted.

    Regards,
    Doug
