L39A1 forend - value in the US?

I recently picked up a forend, band and hand guard that, as the time of buying, I was informed was for an Enforcer (although the seller said there were no markings whatsoever - so how could he tell it was from an Enforcer?). Now I have the item in my hands, I see that it is stamped "A5**" on the underside (no marking inside or out on the hand guard), which I assume would make it a forend for an L39A1 (if I am incorrect, then please let me know). I have some choices - keep it for a rainy day, send it back or find a buyer in the US (not going to mess around with international shipping unless I can help it). If I am to seek a buyer, would anyone know how much a L39A1 forend, band abd hand guard might be worth in the US? It is in reasonable condition (some light dinks), and the band and hand guard are in very good condition.

Basically the L39 and Enforcer forends are the same, both were made from .303" No.4 Mk 2 forends by shortening, enlarging the barrel channel, and milling in the area of the front trigger guard screw to accept the steel 'plate, seating' CR1473. The handguard for the Enforcer however has a flat on the top to give clearance for the objective lens cap of the Pecar scope. The 'A5**' number is probably the Rifle Serial number. (If it was actually A5 it came off one of the ex RSAF D&D Department rifles that we had at the factory Rifle Cub!)
Enforcers were fitted with a Parker-Hale Monte-Carlo butt, usually in Walnut, so the forends and hanguards (normally beech) may have a stained and polished finish rather than the basic military linseed oil dipped one on L39s. An after-sales modification often found is that the 'draws' have been replaced by hardwood inserts (preferably hornbeam) with the securing screw holes pegged.

Anyone know the location of a steel 'plate, seating' CR1473, as mentioned by enscien, that may be for sale, or the dimensions? I also need the transverse screw and nut, but I cannot for the life of me find anyone selling these parts - grrr

Not all of the fore-ends had the plate, seating in my experience. They were always a bit difficult to get through the Ordnance system as a demand always came back with a 'dues out from xxxxx' (that's be the manufacturer, stores, etc etc) with a date months ahead. So it's easier to simply make one out of mild steel.

The tie boltnut is just a 4BA. If there really is a shortage of them in your end of the world, I'll send you one. But the damn whatsit on the side doesn't mention the Country you're based in!

Sorry, I am a displaced Brit in the US. I am really not sure of the availability of 4BA screws and nuts on this side of the pond - not something I've had reason, until now, to find out lol
