The next question, Are the trigger guard screws still staked? If it appears that noone has put a screw driver to the screws then don't.

Well I wish I could say that but I pulled it apart to clean it and they turned freely. Im thinking im going to keep it for a while and Ill probably get a correct orignal sling for it. Its worthy of it.

Reminds me of mine. Mine is mostly Remington, but there are some Eddystone parts. See pics...

You have a very nice rifle, it will only increase in value. Best way to find current value is to look on gunbroker and see what similar rifles have SOLD for (not the asking price).
