    Yes you are correct. I bet if you asked most members here we all got burned then started to research and learn more and more. These carbines are a lot easier to fake due to them being a lot softer metal than say garands or 1903's. So it is easier to fake and catch trusting buyers that have to have that original early carbine.

    I used to buy quite a few things from what was Al-Sam-Bob back in 2006, he seemed pretty legit back then.
