Canadien C/l\ on reverse..of course, on bolt ball too

I do not know who PC is, but the same symbol and letters is also on the handles of Canadian box style sten magazine loaders, and on the bottom plug of the Canadian No 36M hand grenade base plugs. Both of these items were also made of a zamac type white metal.
