    Mystery Headstamp?

    I bought some milsurp ammo and ifgured out the Itallian and Great Britainicon headstamps, but can't seem to find this one anywhere. Would sure appeciate any help on identification. Is it even 303? Also atttached photo of box.

    It clearly says 0,303 on the packet at bottom left - think of the 3 as lying on it's side, and you'll get it!
