    Rock-ola Barrel Band

What would be the correct type of barrel band for a Rock-ola carbine serial #608xxxxx. Also did any carbines issued in WWII come with the type 3 bayonet band. Thanks for any info

    Welcome to the forum,
You have 1 too many X's in your serial number,
Very late Rock Ola carbines could be found with a Type II barrel band, found marked like this / or unmarked. There may have been another type marking but I don't have that info here. I also don't have the serial range info here as to when the Type II bands started showing up on RMC carbines.

Only late WRA and Inland carbines came with the Type III bayo band.

    HTH,
