It is made for the M1icon, but other than "it is very dirty", I have read no reports of accuracy.

I once heard someone say "Never use ammo from a country where you wouldn't drink the water." It sounds like a good rule-of-thumb unless one had no choice.

Don't need to drink the water in Greece anyway, wine and Ouzo will work fine - bring on the HXP

    Ledge,
I purchased 800rds of this stuff for my M1icon and a bolt action S. American Mauser that I have.
The ammo functions flawlessly. I didn't do accuracy tests, but feel that it went "bang" well enough for plinking. As shipped in cardboard boxes, it was clean with no tarnish.
According to my internet research/ rumor, the stuff was made in another country for Iran, and it was designed for the M1's that they were given before the "Take over".

Its your call on the politics/ price/ Greek stuff/ color of water.... I know many people believe in the Greek HXP and slam this stuff. Personal opinions aside on regimes and 3rd world country's aside, I would purchase more if I get more $$.

I was amazed to see this stuff being sold for $139 for 200 rnds - loose packed in an ammo can at this weekends funshow. Saw one person who bought quite a bit of it.

Are they insane?????? For non-reloadible, and probably corrosive, ammo????.

Would buy a sealed factory 20 rnd box for my collection, but will stick with HXP!!!!

Is this stuff Berdan primed? I've noticed a lot of comments about the ammo recently on many forums, but never tried any of it. And I won't be, at that price.

Samco advertises it as Berdan primed and non-corrosive.

Like I said it was given to me. I have not intention of actually buying any. I just wanted to know what information was out there on the stuff.
