Hi
Would check new firing pin for lengths and look at relationship between bolt, extractor and receiver bridge. Maybe firing pin was stopping bolt forward movement by stopping on receiver bridge and extractor pulling at firing pins front.

I had one break just like that a few years back. Who knows how many thousand(+) times that firing pin was struck by the hammer. After mine broke, I replaced it and have always kept a spare on hand (just in case). It is the nature of the beast, like anything mechanical, things wear out and eventually break.
