I am a new member and I'm into military surplus rifles. I started at a late age and am having a ball in the history of these rifles. However, I am having a problem locating amo for an 1889 Swissicon Schmidt-Rubin rifle. Can anyone help me in locating it. I also need a magazine for the rifle as well.

You will have to roll your own, by either forming .284 WIN. brass or shortening GRAF 7.5x55 brass. HORNADY 180gr.RN bullets work well. I can probably dig up loading data, or you could look up the SWISSRIFLES website.
