On a related subject, if anyone is around on Sat and Sun 20 / 21 Aug we are having a Boer War weekend at Bisley - lectures, lunch and exhibition on Sat, and the Siege of Ladysmith competition on Sunday. Damn good fun - any forummer touring these parts in the summer, let me know.
