    91/30 sniper sight in

Finally got some milsurp ammo to sight in the snipers & here are the results. The fist two are actually the last shot of the day. I shot the izhevsk the week before when all I had was handloads. They say on the weeb these guns aren't meant to be MOA but these results with my shaky grip makes me wonder.

I do love them, too bad they are $40 a box. Next time I will settle in for a spell & see how tight I can actually get them groups.

I would pay $40.00 a box. I also have had good luck with the hornady 174 gr. .3.105 fmj's through my clone. At present I am unable to find either.

Me either, that was my only box of smk's. I might have to give the lapua d-166 a closer look. 309 in diameter but it has an open base so it might work well. After measuring a bunch of older 7.62x54r you would be surprised at how much of it was .308.

Thats much better than I ever managed to shoot with my PU sniper. I always shot with 175gr yellow-tip surplus ammo.
