A Collector's View - The SMLE Short Magazine Lee Enfield 1903-1989. It is 300 8.5x11 inch pages with 1,000+ photo’s, most in color, and each book is serial-numbered. Covering the SMLE from 1903 to the end of production in India in 1989 it looks at how each model differs and manufacturer differences from a collecting point of view along with the major accessories that could be attached to the rifle. I could only imagine how happy I would have been to get that for Christmas, I would have probably pee'd myself. That kit is from the same year as me!

They also made a Springfield 1903A1 kit which was posted here on the 1903 forum. I would really like to see the BAR M1918A2 kit they made.

Interestingly, "M1icon Rifle" correctly spelled on the lid and misspelled "M-1 Rifle" on the instructions.
I've got one of these somewhere, now I'll have to go find it since I've been reminded of it.

Did you notice there is not any postal zip code in the company address in Calif - this would be around 1964 or before
