PBI helped me find the parts I needed and now it's all correct. Here it is with the new safety, band and 4 rivet handguard. I also found a nice 1944 marked sling, an AI magazine and a IS marked oiler. $895 is the total price tag. I really like this one! Regards, Rick.

Thats a great looking carbine! Hope it shoots as good as it looks! That stock looks picture perfect from here!

Oh, and you go to watch out for that "paul" guy... next thing he will be trying to your carbine to a gunshow to win an award with!

Here's 55485XX for you guys to have a look at. Sept 44 bbl. Not sure if it's 100% or not but think maybe. Will try and get more detailed pics but the seller is not a very good pic poster. I'm not happy today .... I left an IBM at a gunshow for two days for people to have a look at and it came back to me with the original flipper removed and stolen, won't do that again.
