    Reference advice for No.5, please?

I am soon to add my first milsurp Lee Enfield to my safe. It is a clean No.5, 1945 BSA Shirely manufacture. The transfer is done and possession is expected this week.

I've been reading but must admit the extensive reference material is a bit daunting for this newcomer.

I am looking for a reference to a manual for initial stripping, inspection and cleaning. There is no specific No.5 manual in the data base (the Knowledge Database is outstanding). Can I assume that the great No.4 info would be appropriate and not get me into any trouble with the No.5 rifle?

I'm custom fitting screwdrivers this week and want to start correctly with this rifle. Are there commercial resources that you would recommend for the No.5 specifically?

Are there any common things a guy should inspect for with this rifle?

    Thanks, Bob
