Need help with a bolt question

I have a H&R that I just got from CMPicon. It appears [to my eyes] that this was never issued.
It is perfect/mint inside. Everything is H&R except the bolt.
I asked on the CMP forum about this and one person said he thought that SA provided some bolts for H&R. Serial 4742XXX

Anyone know of this, could this gun be "correct". It does not appear to have been reparked or rebuilt, but I suppose it could have been. But I want to check anyway.
