    M1 Carbine IBM

Hi all, I am new to this forum and looking to get some information for my husband. He was recently given back a gun that belonged to his dad who died when he was 12. He is 47 now and has not seen the gun since he was 7. We really have no idea what it is worth. We tried to have it appriased, but the gentleman seemed less than comfortable with verifiying its value.

It is an M1icon Carbine all original .30 in excellent contindion. We also have four 15 round clips and 2 "bananna" clips and an ammo bag.

Any idea on worth/value? We (I) am clueless here. So, I came to the experts!

    Any help would be great!

What do you mean when you say it is all original? It takes a fair amount of experience with M1icon carbines to make that determination/conclusion. It could be, but we would not be able to help you without more detailed info and good closeup pictures of the carbine. Post some pics and you will get the $$ info you need.
