Joe poyer's book
I Tried the search function but came up blank, so I guess I'll have to repeat a question that I'm sure has been answered before. Sorry.
But here,s my prob- I,ve got 3 1903s, all in various stages of arsenal reworks, so none are completely original and may never be, but I am trying to get them as close as possible. I,m using Poyer,s book as a guide, but am finding apparent mistakes, incomplete data and confusing statements, at least as far as individual parts markings and finishes are concerned. Has there ever been a compendium of found errors, or at least argumentive entries or.......?
Or do we all really want to answer my dozen or so questions?
Many thanks.

Poyer has numerous errors. I found several just relating to Remington M1903s. One of our most knowledgeable members of this forum regards the book as "birdcage liner". While not so severe, I don't recommend it.
