How does one install a Web sling on a Type 99

Hello all, this thing has been stumping me! I picked up one of the web slings for the Type 99 off of IMA a while back and cannot for the life of me figure out how it goes on correctly without a whole bunch of slack. Any help and pictures would be superb, thanks!
