I'm a big fan of NPM

probably because Ruth says that they made the best carbines. I have a 425K and what is original to it (receiver, barrel, t.h.) seem to have a superior finish and fit. Your new one looks to be a nice example.

I couldnt believe the bidding stopped where it did on these. When I placee the bid on Proxybid and won, I thought-oh ****! Was this a dutch auction and did I just spent 3K. IIt was an impulse buy, but it turned out to be a good deal, as the price was for both guns.

I saw the pictures and thought the two you bought were the best deal on carbines. It was all I could do not to bid. You took the risk and won. Good for you!!
