NRA Sporter and M1922

I bought this NRA Sporter and M1922 earlier this month. They came from an estate that donated them to the church and the church used a local gun store to sell them. The Walther PPK came out of the same estate, as well as a m/38 Swedish icon

Mauser I bought.

The 1903 appears to be reblued. There are shadows from the railings on my porch in these pictures, sorry about that.

Can anyone tell me about the adjusting knobs on this sight? They don't have any knurling.
