Thumbs down Beware of seller Jeremy Andreae Rosholt WI

I recently bought a Yugoicon M70 AB2 on another gun forums equipment exchange. The seller listed the rifle as New In Box. I received it yesterday. To my horror the barrel was pitted and corroded. I called Jeremy Andreae and told him about the problem and requested he send my money back. He said no. He said it was my problem now. I just want to warn the members here not to make any deals with this guy. He is a cheat and liar !!! Looks like I am going to have to sue him in small claims court. Photos of rifle bore below...............

You two in the same state ? Small claims do not extend across state lines. You'll have to sue him in his state and show up for court there. Even if you win , these rats know how to milk the law. Over the last few decades I've sued maybe two dozen people in small claims , won every one , never was able to collect my money. A few I used a lawer to try to collect , but the lawer's bill ate up anything we collected . I now just don't bother with that . There are always other solutions .

With what Chris just said, why not just shoot the pi** out of it and when the pipe's burned out, replace it? Looks like it had a go with corrosive ammo.

Mine, NIB from SOG, looked just like that. Still had the orange Yugoicon primer seal residue from its Century test firing. Century did swap it out for me with little trouble. Your "friend" was just passing his problem on...the easy way.
