A Collector's View - The SMLE Short Magazine Lee Enfield 1903-1989. It is 300 8.5x11 inch pages with 1,000+ photo’s, most in color, and each book is serial-numbered. That is a single point fullbore rifle sling from 40 or 50 yrs ago. Very little value for a competitor now a days. Everyone is using no-stretch non-leather slings that are as wide as the rulebooks allow. Stoegers didn't make things, but they sold whatever the market was looking for. As a military sling, unless it is complete and shows even in service wear, it isn't worth much.
